Good news!! Netflix buys right to Nollywood movie Chief Daddy

Top Nollywood movie Chief Daddy is now available for viewing worldwide on Netflix, the biggest streaming platform in the world.

Chief Daddy is from the stable of EbonyLife Films, owned by Mo Abudu

The movie by Niyi Akinmolayan, which enjoyed critical acclaim in Nigeria and Ghana, emerged the third highest grossing movie in Nollywood box office history.

Chief Daddy is the third from the stable of EbonyLife Films to be acquired by Netflix – coming after Fifty (2015) and The Wedding Party (2016).

To celebrate this feat, top acts including Funke Akindele, Ini Edo, Dakore Akande, Uti Nwachukwu, Kate Henshaw and other top stars recently stepped out in dashing white outfits for a party at RSVP Lounge, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Expressing her excitement, the film’s executive producer, Mo Abudu, is elated that the African diaspora will finally be able to access Chief Daddy on Netflix.
